Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please contact us within 15 days of delivery at mareelune.designs@gmail.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos. We'll work with you to resolve it quickly.
Returns

Return Window: Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging.

Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping.

No Restocking Fees: We do not charge restocking fees.

Defective or Damaged Items
We take quality seriously and want to make things right if your piece has a flaw.

Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

We’ll review your concern and give you return instructions.

You’ll send the item back at your expense for inspection.

If the item is confirmed defective, we’ll ship you a replacement at no cost to you.
To prevent misuse, all defective or damaged items must be returned before a replacement can be issued.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer automatic exchanges. However:

For damaged or defective items, a replacement will be sent after we inspect the original.

If you’d like a different item, we recommend returning your original (if eligible) and placing a new order.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know whether your refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

If it’s been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you haven’t received a refund, please email us.
Lost Return Shipments
We recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for return packages lost in transit.
